Refund & Returns Policy
We want every VettaBites order to arrive fresh and loved. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Food safety first
Because our treats are freeze-dried food, we’re unable to accept returns of opened products for health and safety reasons. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged, incorrect or faulty orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to request a return or refund
Email us at vettabites@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refund timing
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return shipping
For eligible returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
